General Delivery Terms

Your order and payment will be processed by Innocenza Lifestyle Ltd

 All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a weekday will be processed and dispatched that day.

All orders placed after 12pm (GMT) will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

All orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders placed with a UK delivery address will be delivered the next business day (business days being Monday – Friday inclusive) Next day delivery will not be available to certain parts of the UK – this includes the postcodes listed below

Delivery of EU orders (excluding the UK) will take between 2 – 5 business days.

Worldwide orders (excluding the EU) will be delivered will take between 3 - 10 business days

* Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Innocenza cannot be held responsibility for delays due to customs clearance

Duties and Taxes

Please note:
EU deliveries will not be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Non-UK & EU deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Returns policy

We hope you love your products but should you not be completely happy you can return your purchase by completing and submitting the returns form on the website. We will email to you the free returns label which you will need to apply to the outer packaging. You will then need to log on to www.ups.com to arrange for collection or drop off of your goods to be delivered back to the address below within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we are only able to provide this service to delivery and collection addresses within the UK. For addresses outside of the UK the costs detailed above will apply for delivery and returns will need to be arranged at your cost. We will give you a full refund within 5 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded. 

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.

Faulty items

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Returns procedure

Please address and return your parcel to the address below and ensure you retain proof of postage. We regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. 

International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.
